Tenae Irey is a Denver-area Realtor with five-plus years of experience and a background that gave her an uncommon foundation for this work, including bartending, serving, and administrative support. Each step of her journey taught her how to connect with people quickly, stay calm when things get hectic, and manage a dozen moving parts without dropping one. What Tenae’s clients notice is that she genuinely cares about each person she helps. Whether she’s helping someone find their first home, selling a place full of memories, or guiding a client into their next chapter, she listens closely, communicates clearly, and makes sure no one ever feels like they’re navigating this alone. Her goal is for the process to feel smooth and even exciting, and for the relationship to last well beyond closing day.

Outside of work, Tenae is passionate about making sure kids have access to food, both in and out of school, and hopes to get more involved in programs that support that cause. She loves hosting people, themed gatherings, and anything that brings her community together. Tenae is a lifelong Colorado native based in Denver, where she lives with her long-time partner Jordan, their teenage daughter Tayden, their husky Keanu, and a small but impressive menagerie that includes eight chickens, three quail, and a snake.
