Tanner Krall is a Denver-area Realtor with five years in real estate and a background that might surprise you. Before real estate, he worked in nonprofit fundraising, spending his days helping organizations reach goals that felt just out of reach. He brings that same mission-oriented patience and persistence to every transaction.

Tanner is drawn to first-time homebuyers and growing families, particularly those who aren’t sure ownership is possible for them yet. His gift is making the path clear, and then helping clients think beyond just buying a home to building something lasting. He’s especially passionate about helping buyers understand that a first home is also an investment, and encouraging them to hold onto it.

A lifelong Coloradan from Pueblo, Tanner has called this state home for over 30 years. He volunteers as a swim coach and supports the Dumb Friends League, the Humane Society, and Pueblo Historic Preservation Society. Outside of work, he and his partner Savannah and their dog Archie love card games, floating rivers, skiing, and exploring Salida and Crested Butte whenever the chance arrives.
