Kristin Boritzke is a Colorado Realtor and co-founder of Nookhaven Homes who has spent over a decade helping people do one of the most personal things they’ll ever do: find the place where they put down roots.

Before real estate, Kristin worked in property management, which gave her a practical, hands-on understanding of what it means to take care of people’s homes and take care of people. That same approach carries into every transaction. She gives her clients her full attention, works to make them feel like the only person she’s helping, and stays connected long after closing. All with a belief that the relationship doesn’t end at the table. One of her favorite things is visiting a client’s home after they’ve moved in and seeing how they’ve made it their own.

Kristin is licensed in both Colorado and Florida and serves on the DMAR and Naples Area Board of Realtors, giving her a perspective that spans markets. She co-founded Nookhaven because she believes seasoned agents deserve a place that truly supports them

She’s passionate about giving back and volunteers with Children’s Hospital Colorado and Habitat for Humanity, two organizations that sit close to her heart. Outside of work, Kristin and her husband Mike are busy enjoying life with their baby girl, Madison. She grew up in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, has called Colorado home full-time since 2011, and can confirm that the sun here really does make everything better.
