Meet Kristin! With over a decade of experience helping people turn houses into homes, Kristin brings heart, hustle, and a personal touch to every client she works with.
Originally from Wisconsin, Kristin made the move to Colorado full time in 2011 after falling in love with the sunny skies and mountain views. When she is not working hard for her clients, you will find her out and about with her fiancé, Mike. Together, they play almost any intramural sport they can find. Plus, cribbage and board games are also always on the table. Her energy is contagious, as is her love for community. Kristin thrives on connecting with others—whether catching up with old friends or making new ones through her many extracurricular activities.
Kristin is also licensed in Florida, where she is a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors®.

1. What sets you apart from other agents?
“I try to make my client's feel like they're the only ones I am helping by giving them all my attention. I try to go above and beyond with customer service during and after the deal.”
2. What do you love most about real estate?
“I love going back to a client's home once they have closed and moved in to see how they made it their own.”
3. What are you particularly passionate about in real estate?
"For me, it’s about helping people find a place where they feel truly at home. Real estate isn’t just about the transaction—it’s about listening, understanding what really matters to someone, and guiding them through a huge moment in their life. That’s something I take seriously, and it’s incredibly rewarding to be a part of that journey."
4. How does your previous career help you help your clients?
“My prior job was a very similar field but now I have the opportunity to help people put their roots down and build wealth.”
5. How do you engage with the local community?
“I love meeting new people through my volunteer work at Children’s Hospital and Habitat. I am always game for some friendly competition and so Mike and I play almost any intramural sport we can find — soccer, volleyball, bowling, and pickleball — and have made so many great friends doing so. ”
