Nick DiPasquale is the Broker Owner and co-founder of Nookhaven Homes, a boutique independent brokerage serving the Denver metro and Front Range. The brokerage is built on the belief that real estate is personal and that agents who feel genuinely supported naturally pass that same care on to the people they serve.

Before real estate, Nick spent more than two decades leading complex operations in various positions of leadership. That background, built around making complicated things clear and manageable, still shapes how he shows up. Whether he’s working with a client or supporting an agent on his team, the process makes sense, the decisions feel grounded, and nobody is left guessing what comes next.

Nick is deeply embedded in the Colorado real estate community. He sits on the DMAR Board of Directors and spent four years on the DMAR Market Trends Committee, giving him a data-grounded read on what the Denver metro market is actually doing. He’s a graduate of the CAR Leadership Academy and serves on CAR’s Insight Advisory Committee, where he and fellow Realtors from across the state work to identify emerging trends and shape practical solutions for the future of the industry. Fair housing, affordability, and building an industry that serves people well for the long haul are causes he cares about and actively works on.

Away from work, Nick and his wife Amanda love camping, hiking, national parks, and any excuse to travel. They’re devoted supporters of animal welfare, including Max Fund and Humane Colorado, and share their home with a little black kitten named Fibonacci, who is patiently waiting for a puppy to grow up alongside.
